Conference facilities include two conference rooms (Windsor I and II) which are joined to create one larger conference room accommodating up to 130 delegates, depending on the seating configuration. Three boardrooms are available adjacent to the Windsor Rooms and may be used as separate breakaway units or be joined to form a venue with capacity for up to
72 delegates. As stand-alone boardrooms the set up will comfortably accommodate ten delegates.

The Randpark I, II and III boardrooms open up onto the Vista Deck where cocktails from the upstairs bar ease delegates into the night with spectacular sunset views over the golf course, club house and greens.

The two Randpark Golf Club golf courses and Fairway Spa offers wonderful opportunities to relax after a half day conference.

The Circular Lapa with roaring fireplace in the middle, is set on pure river sand under a giant thatch roof structure and accommodates up to 40 people . It is ideal for 'outdoor' meetings and conferences which call for a 'bosberaad' feel. Overlooking the elephant dam, this venue is open-sided with drop down canvas, ensuring your privacy, while affording an expansive view over the Game Reserve.

The conference centre includes fourteen venues: Glenkyle, Glencove and Glenwillow feature banqueting as well as conference facilities. The largest venue , Glenkyle, can take up to 300 delegates at a time.

The Boardroom, Greenwell's Glory, Mallard, Marabou, Minnow, Pheasants Tail, Royal Clansman and Williams Favourite provide conference facilities for groups between six and 150. Conference venue names were either inspired by Glenburn Lodge's fly fishing tradition and fly names, or the Scottish names reflecting the beautiful natural surrounds.

A range of conference packages are available to suit your specific needs and budget. Delegates can expect sumptuous tea and coffee break snacks and a wide selection of coffee and tea options. In winter time Glenburn Lodge also serve soups and hot chocolates during breaks. The aroma of popcorn in the conference all day long has been a favourite with conference-goers for many years.
